Dakota Community Bank and Trust is looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team. Wage ranges from $14.00 - $24.00. Hours are 8:00 am to 5:15 pm. We offer excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k and 401k matching. Duties include:

- Greet and assist customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries.

- Maintain and balance a cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and adherence to bank policies and procedures.

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns.

- Open new accounts for customers, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.

- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security when handling customer information and transactions.

- Provide information and guidance to customers regarding bank products and services.

- Stay updated on bank policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance.

- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
