Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Position Summary:

We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Manage workflow to ensure that deadlines are met, and work is completed accurately
2. Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
3. Respond to questions and requests for information
4. Answer incoming calls perform other receptionist duties as needed (typing, etc.)
5. Process tax returns
6. Scan documents
7. Manage appointment schedules
8. Bookkeeping data entry
9. Payroll processing, tax deposits, and completion of various forms and reports

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
2. Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
3. Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
4. Exceptional communication skills
5. Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner
