Here is what this job is. You'll be a full-time pest control technician and business development
professional. You'll be trained to treat and protect homes, businesses and farms/ranches against unwanted pests; educate customers on their pest problems; get new customers and everything in between! Don't worry...we offer training and support to get you up to speed before you ever set foot on a real job site.

Our “busy season” runs April thru October but this position is a year-round commitment due to regular accounts and brand awareness/customer relations/sales that are required during the “slower season.” You’ll make a great full-time income and enjoy the flexibly of this family orientated company, especially in the slow season.

If you’re the right fit, we’ll get you ready to pass the exam and get to work right away!! Our goal is to get you trained and promoted quickly through the organization so you can have more success AND make more money!

Our lead techs can earn over $50,000 in salary and bonuses per year plus paid vacation, paid sick days, paid holidays, and scheduled bonuses. They’re very detailed oriented, love their job, love the product, love to talk to people, and love this company. They work hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over them and enjoy a slower season in the winter. We take care of our team like family and value their existence. You must be able to lift 50lbs easily. Must have a valid driver’s license.
